Hi, I’m Libor Bednarik and this is my personal tale of Graphic design, finance, and growth. I’m tracking my progress as a graphic designer, my finances and personal growth. Join me for graphic design tips, ready-to-use Glorify templates and curated resources.
“Do you use any photo editing apps to enhance the final images you’ve exported from Glorify? If so, what do they add to your process?”
My answer?
Yes… ABSOLUTELY!
And here’s why…
It makes the image pop!
Back in 2009, I used Photoshop to enhance the final look of my 3D exports from Cinema 4D.
Then, in 2014, I discovered Lightroom and started using it for every export I made, applying the same process I used to edit and finalize my RAW images from photo shoots.
Now, with all the hassle around Adobe’s monthly subscriptions and the horror stories of people struggling to unsubscribe, I’ve found a new tool that I think is ten times better than Lightroom…
And now that Luminar Neo has a robust catalog feature for organizing all your images, combined with the workflow I learned from Gavin Gough’s Lightroom Mastery course, I feel unstoppable when it comes to boosting the frames I export from Glorify.
So… I highly recommend it.
Use a photo editing app like Luminar Neo to finalize your exported images and see the difference for yourself.
Here’s an example I did for Halloween a few days ago…
If so, you know how hard it is to dig gold out of the ground. How much time and effort it takes. And how frustrating it can be to come home empty-handed.
Remember between seasons two and three, when Todd Hoffman and several crew members traveled to a remote site in Guyana, South America, to find gold? Instead, they lost everything… hundreds of thousands of dollars in equipment and even some crew members because they just couldn’t pay them.
The jungle kicked their butts!
But why am I telling you all this?
For one reason…
At that point, most people would have given up. Watching more than a million dollars get washed away by the Amazon River (quite literally) isn’t easy. Not to mention seeing your closest friends throw in the towel.
But Todd and a few of his best mates stayed strong. And guess what happened?
The following season (seasons 3 and 4), they managed to turn it all around.
I think you know where I’m going with this… but in case you don’t, her is it…
THEY NEVER GAVE UP!
If you do, you’ll never see the light on the other side.
Sounds cheesy but it’s true!
What are you going to do if you give up? Eat burritos all day while watching Netflix?
I suggest you take a step back, figure out what the problem is, and reach out for help. Maybe your strategy or approach isn’t right, and you need a mentor… or someone who knows what they’re doing.
Like Jeff and Jessica, who created the 7-Day Shift program. Through Ghost Commerce, they built a thriving community of average folks, just like you and me, who are now killing it online.
They started with just a handful of followers and turned it into hundreds of thousands of fired up folks… helping people quit their 9-5 jobs and transform their lives.
And so whatever you do, don’t give up. Just change what isn’t working.
The best place to start is with the 7-Day Shift. It will change the way you think about making money online and give you a clear understanding of what to do next.
Those 7 days were transformational for me. I realized I’d been doing a lot of things wrong. Only when I stepped back, reviewed what I was doing, and learned this new strategy did I start seeing results.
A quick note for skeptics… yes, below you’ll see my affiliate link. This is what I do for a living… I buy programs, learn the strategies, give them a shot, and if I find them valuable and see results, I share them with you. If you purchase through my link, I make a small commission.
Look, I’m not forcing you to buy through my link.
Do your own research about the 7-Day Shift, and you’ll likely find plenty of people swearing by it.
If it works for me, why wouldn’t it work for you… especially considering that English isn’t my first language, and I sometimes struggle with understanding. For you, it should be a piece of cake.
So, if you’re interested and want to check it out, here’s where to go.
This is probably the most amazing morning I’ve had in a while.
And here’s why…
Crypto went up, adding a few thousand more to my account since Trump was elected.
He’s not even in office yet, and already, recent articles report that Hamas has called for an ‘Immediate’ end to the war after Trump’s election win, and Putin has praised Trump, stating that Russia is ready for dialogue.
Meanwhile, the stock market is surging, including Bitcoin, which is now at an all-time high.
So… please explain to me how someone who isn’t even in office yet is already making the world turn for the better—ending wars and boosting the economy.
Now, compare that to the last administration.
Anyways…
The victory is sweet!
Let’s go Trump!
Here’s a quick design from this morning…
Interested in this design? Want to download it into Glorify?
I’ve seen too many people crash and burn. Some abandoned their projects entirely, while others got to a decent point and then gave up.
It happens all the time.
It’s tough… especially when results don’t show up quickly.
No matter what you aspire to be, if you lack patience, you’re digging your own grave…
…because guess what?
Things take time!
Embrace even the tiniest progress and remind yourself that you’re in it for the long haul.
Sometimes, it feels like a mental game more than anything… a test of resilience reserved for the strongest.
Maybe it’s time to lower your expectations.
Give yourself room to breathe…
One step at a time, and just keep going.
You’ve got this!
A friend of mine started a dropshipping business back in 2016, when dropshipping was still booming. I genuinely believe it failed because he got impatient.
The idea was solid.
In fact, it was so promising that I wanted to join in. I designed a bunch of things for him, crafted mouth-watering ads, and even edited a killer promo video that looked amazing.
But then…
Impatience killed it.
He walked away even though sales were starting to come in. Progress was slow, but it was progress.
He didn’t see it that way.
Anyway…
I don’t care what you’re working on…this applies to everything.
The moment I saw it, I knew it had that unique look that could transform any flyer, ad, social post, or postcard into a work of art, perfect for promoting outdoor adventures, camping gear, off-road equipment, hunting gear… and so much more.
Upload it to your Brand Kit, and you’re ready to roll.
All the best…

If not, try one of my favorite sources of free images. Freepik. (contribution required)
I consider Freepik my favorite site for images… especially AI-generated images like the ones I used in my recent project for Halloween.
As you can see, there are two images in this project, one with the hikers and the other one with the monster. Both were nicely blended in Glorify using blending modes and my favorite blending technique to create this awesome background image…
And then, I added text and turn it into this AWESOME poster.
Anyway…
What I’m trying to say is… Freepik is a goldmine.
Give it a shot…
…And if you still can’t find the images you’re looking for, even after you have tried all the sites I recommended here, including Freepik, then maybe, you should give up.
Because there is no hope for you.
It’s impossible, with all the options I gave you, to not find what you’re looking for.
Just saying…
Ohhh, wait a second…
There is another option…
You could try AI image-generating tools.
I made a list of AI tools you can download for FREE below.
This glowing brick in your pocket is a dream killer!
I just spent 20 minutes caught up in someone else’s agenda instead of working on my new project.
If you’re like me and forget to switch off your phone in the morning, you’re risking your dreams, your life, and everything you’ve imagined being washed away…
That new website, video, or design you should be working on won’t get done if you’re glued to your phone, consuming content like an addict wasting life away.
I’m just as guilty…
Fuck!
Gotta take control…
So, let’s dive into your questions…
“Is Glorify good for planning and designing social media content? Carousels, quotes, or any other designs…”
To which I reply…
Hell yeahhhhh!
Don’t even doubt it.
With Glorify, you can design anything… social media posts, ads, posters, t-shirt designs, even create art, as I’ve shown a zillion times now.

So, I’ll make sure I enjoy mine!
And you know what else I’m going to enjoy?
The Halloween party tonight!
Before I crack open a few beers, here is a quick design I did for the Halloween.
Let me know what you think.
In case you wonder how on Earth I was able to do this in Glorify, then let me explain.
It’s as simple as 1,2,3…
I started with the text and shadows.
Then exported it as PNG with transparent background.
Then, I found the image of the beast and on a new canvas, dropped the text on top… Used my favorite blending technique and boom!
The Film titles were the last step.
Here is a screenshot from Glorify. The process is captured across 3 canvases.
Anyway… if you want me to record a tutorial and walk you through it, then send me a quick message. Mention “Beast” so that I know what you’re reffering to.
Ohhhh… and before you go, in case you didn’t know, Glorify is offering 7-Day FREE trial… So you can give it a shot if you wanna craft powerful designs, content for social media and more…
Let me tell you about a dream that used to get me out of bed, even on days I felt like doing nothing.
Back in 2015, all I wanted was a dirt bike. But not just any bike, the KTM EXC Six Days.
That thing was a beast. And it was twelve grand, which I didn’t have.
But in my head, I saw myself riding it across the world. Just me, the bike, and miles of open road.
I wanted to escape.
Wanted to leave everything behind, disappear, and take a year to travel. I dreamed about riding through wild places, like I did back in New Zealand with my best buddy.
We spent over a year traveling all over, feeling alive.
I wanted that feeling again.
I wanted that freedom.
The plan was simple…
Get the bike and head east. I’d visit my parents in the Czech Republic, then keep going. Russia. China. Malaysia. Even Australia.
I’d end up in New Zealand to see my old friend.
Perfect plan, right?
But there was a problem…
I was broke.
The bike was 12k, and I didn’t have it.
And the trip? Not a penny saved.
But this dream was so strong that it got me up every morning. I worked my tail off for that dream. Every time I wanted to give up, I’d picture myself out there, riding, free. And somehow, I’d find the energy to keep going.
And here’s the funny thing…
Now that I finally have the money for the bike and the trip, I don’t feel that same desire.
My dream changed.
See, back then, I could pack up and leave without a second thought. I moved to UK, then I travelled around Malawi, South Africa, and later took off to New Zealand.
No questions, no doubts.
I just went.
But now, I think differently.
Maybe I’m wiser, maybe just careful.
Leaving it all behind doesn’t feel right anymore.
So why am I telling you all this?
Because no matter what, you need a dream. Something big enough to get you out of bed, even when you don’t feel like it.
A dream that gives you the reason to keep going.
Now, I won’t go too deep here… I just wanted to share that story to maybe inspire you. Because, truth is, life changes.
These days, I’m a bit more settled. I’ve got two incredible kids who mean the world to me, and a new love for something I never thought I’d find so fulfilling…
Crafting beautiful designs… It’s something I get lost in. Some pieces even remind me of those wild days and all the freedom of the open road.
But now, there’s nothing quite like a fresh cup of coffee, and opening up Glorify to create something amazing. It’s just as satisfying but in a different way.
Who knows… maybe one day I’ll hit the road again. But right now? I’m loving the journey here, bringing stories to life, one design at a time.
It’s where you can take any texture, picture, graphic and clip it onto your layer below.
Just like in this example where I opened Procreate, added a new layer and typed in “chill” and then used clipping mask to clip all the textures, silouettes and other elements to the text to create this design.
And I stoked how it came out!
One click, and it instantly molds to every corner of your text without affecting the rest of your design.
Now, imagine using this in Glorify…
Wouldn’t it be amazing?
I’ve tried layering, tweaking, and using blending modes to get everything just right, but it’s not the same.
And, it takes forever!
Without a clipping mask, I feel limited in Glorify.
I’m not saying you can’t create stunning designs without it, but this one feature would open up a world of possibilities.
So far, I’ve used it in Procreate, and with zero hassle, it works like magic.
Naturally, I reached out to Omar, the CEO of Glorify, to see if this feature could be on the horizon. He said, “Consider it done.”
But since then, I haven’t seen any updates on it.
Anyway…
When it does come to Glorify, get ready to craft texture-rich text, dynamic visuals, and eye-catching designs—even faster than now.
Now that we’re in the heart of Halloween, I’ve been diving deep into Glorify, exploring ways to create powerful, atmospheric movie posters inspired by horror films.
I took on this challenge to see if Glorify could handle techniques typically reserved for Photoshop or Affinity—like blending, dodge & burn, and more—to achieve that haunting, cinematic look.
To my surprise, even though Glorify isn’t built as a heavy-duty design tool, it’s exceeded my expectations. I’m genuinely impressed with what you can create in it.
While it’s not flawless, I can confidently say it’s more than capable for movie posters that require masking and other effects.
If you enjoy it, let me know what you think! And if you’re curious to try Glorify yourself, here’s where you can get started:
